• Once the components are ready, our skilled team assembles the parts and adds any necessary hardware to create a fully customized closet system. 

• We conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure every piece meets our high standards before carefully packing and shipping your order. 

• With a commitment to timeliness, we typically fulfill orders within 3-4* weeks from time of signed production contract.

• Your ClosetPro design is reviewed by our production team to fine tune and check for compatibility with our storage system capabilities. 

• After review, a production contract with cut list is sent back to designers to confirm all measurements and/or changes are acceptable prior to production.

• Upon receiving a signed production contract we order materials and accessories to create your job.  

• Each job is slotted for production and we provide you with updates of major milestone throughout.

• Job is machined and packaged for transfer in our facility. A freight tracking number is generated and delivery date coordinated. 

• Your palletized order will include all necessary materials with labels to streamline installation.
